This is a graduate / entry-level role ideal for someone wanting to build a long-term career in records management, document control, and information governance.

Requirements:

  • BTech or BCom in Document Management, Records Management, Archiving, or similar

  • Basic understanding of document control principles

  • Exposure to digital document systems and MS Office

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality

Key duties include:

  • Assisting with filing, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documents

  • Maintaining document registers, metadata, and version control

  • Supporting audits, compliance checks, and retention schedules

  • Using DMS/EDRMS systems and basic AI tools (OCR, tagging, search)

  • Assisting with scanning, digitisation, and document migration projects

  • Supporting internal teams with document-related queries
