- Create and manage service job cards on SAP
- Track service and repair jobs end-to-end
- Coordinate technicians, stores, and logistics
- Creation of Sales Quotations
- Compiling RFQs
- Communicate job status and timelines to customers
- Ensure service documentation is complete and accurate
- Monitor turnaround times and escalate delays
- Support service reporting and audits
