Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years hands on CNC Milling experience
- Advanced milling programming certifications
- Strong setting and daily setup experience
- Ability to write and edit manual programs (G-Code)
- Experience in both production and jobbing environments
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in micrometres, verniers, and precision measuring equipment
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own reliable transport
Duties & Responsibilities
- Download and load programs onto machines
- Set up machines according to setup sheets (Training provided)
- Operate and monitor production runs
- Manual programming and troubleshooting when required
- Maintain strict quality and dimensional accuracy
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets
