Requirements:
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC Lathe Machines (Fanuc)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Afrikaans speaking is a strong advantage due to team communication needs.
- Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC Lathe Machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Select appropriate tools, set cutting parameters, and load programs.
- Conduct first-off inspections and ensure workpieces meet quality specifications.
- Perform minor adjustments and tool changes during production runs.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper housekeeping of the work area.
- Work efficiently within tight production deadlines.
