Business/General Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Engineering professional with a strong background in EPCM environments, who is ready to transition into a senior leadership role.
This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong individual who has successfully moved into business management and is now looking to grow into a General Manager / Managing Director position over time.
Minimum Requirements:

• B.Eng or B.Sc in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in an EPCM environment in a technical/engineering role
• Minimum 5 years experience in business management, development, or leadership roles
• Strong understanding of EPCM business operations and commercial drivers

Advantageous Qualifications:

• MBA, MBL, or BCom (Business-related qualification)

• Build trust and credibility within the organisation

Over a period of 13 years, the individual will transition into a General Manager / Managing Director role based on performance, cultural fit, and leadership capability
