Motorcycle Parts Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycle parts and accessories
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Manage parts enquiries in-store, telephonically, and online
• Maintain stock displays, perform stock checks, and ensure correct labelling
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Support workshop and sales teams with internal parts requests

Requirements

• Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts sales advantageous
• Strong technical understanding of motorcycles and related components
• Computer literate with good administrative accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment
• Passion for motorcycles and the biking lifestyle
