Role: Receptionist / Office Administrator
Location: Hermanus
Salary: To be discussed
â?? General office admin and filing
â?? Preparing invoices and quotes on Pastel
â?? Handling bookings and following up with clients
â?? Assisting with stock control
â?? Making sure everything is accurate and in order
ð??¹ Experience with Pastel (a plus!)
ð??¹ Great communication and people skills
ð??¹ A keen eye for detail and accuracy
ð??¹ The ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities
for the position, would include :

up of buildings, sites, and structures

Drafting

Sketch
plans (including presentation drawings and 3D modelling)

Council
submission drawings and documentation

Working
/ construction drawings and all relevant details
