Qualification
- Trade Tested Millwright
- Minimum 3 years mechanical and electrical maintenance experience on FMCG manufacturing plant equipment / machines
- Must have proven experience working on Krones machines
- Brewing plant experience is preferred
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical plant equipment
- Assist in production line changeovers
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Shift work

JOB
FUNCTION
To perform
skilled mechanical maintenance and repairs and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practice) and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) compliance
standards.
EXPERIENCE

Minimum
5 Years’ Experience overall in a pharmaceutical manufacturing production plant

The
candidate will be required to work shifts, alternating every week: one week day
shift then one week night shift

Experience
in maintaining the following manufacturing machines:

Tablet
compression machines (essential)

Encapsulation
machines(essential)
·
Coating
machines
·
Granulation
equipment
·
Experience
with maintaining the following packaging equipment:

Rotary
fillers/Piston Fillers/Sachet fillers
·
Blister
machines (Rotary and flatbed type)

Labellers
and Cartoners
Salary
negotiable up to R30k pm. Shift allowance is paid. Benefits include medical aid
