Minimum requirements:
Consultant: Michelle Du Toit - Dante Personnel East Rand
- Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Factory Supervisor / Foreman in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, process control, production planning, and continuous improvement
- Experience with equipment set-up, machine operation, changeover processes, and measuring equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to analyse production data and identify process improvements
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of manufacturing machinery
