To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified Millwright with N4 and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with VSDs, electric motor control, pneumatic systems, and PLCs will be advantageous. Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This role involves standby, overtime, and weekend work when required.
