Sales Engineer Boksburg

*Reference: JHB001495-AVW-1* Our client a manufacturer of bearings and power transmission products is seeking a Sales Engineer (Mechanical (degree/diploma). Previous experience in selling Bearing, Values, Gearboxes, couplings, or related products required. Please note this vacancy is only AA/BEE  * 4-6 years experience in a related Service & Sales function within a manufacturing/industrial industry; * Solid market and sales knowledge of the SADC region (A MUST) as well as uncharted countries in the region. * Project/contract management experience * Computer literate (MS Office); * Maintain the opportunity management project database (CRM); * Fluent in English: the ability to compose own correspondence in English; (e.g. letters, reports, proposals, quotations); * Ability to deliver presentations to customers at all levels in the organisation. * Ability & Talent to engage with customers' commercial & technical depts. * Technical aptitude - ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and suggest application recommendation * Ability to travel extensively.  Travel 75% of the time in the SADC region - remote areas. * South African citizens and residents with a work permit may apply. R 650 - R 700 - Annually
