Freelance Desktop Support Engineer Wanted (Northern Suburbs) - On-Call Basis

Are you a skilled and reliable desktop support professional looking for flexible, on-demand work? We are a growing multi-service company seeking a freelance Desktop Support Engineer to assist our clients in the Northern Suburbs on a per-call-out basis.

The Role:
* Provide on-site IT support to our clients in the Northern Suburbs as and when needed.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, software, peripherals, and user accounts.
* Assist with basic network/Wi-Fi connectivity problems and VoIP phone setups.
* Offer clear, professional advice and solutions to clients.

The Agreement:
* **Freelance/On-Call:** You are only paid for the work you do. No call-outs = no fee.
* **Monthly Retainer Model:** We will accumulate all call-outs for the month and pay you a single, accumulated fee at month-end for completed jobs.
* You will be contacted for available jobs that match your skills and location.

We Prefer Someone With:
* Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
* Own reliable transport (essential for getting to client sites in the Northern Suburbs).
* Own basic tools of the trade (e.g., toolkit, diagnostic software, cables).
* Knowledge of basic networking (Wi-Fi), VoIP, and common business software.
* Professional demeanour and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
