With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation, we are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity for the position to become permanent based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Design and Planning: Develop electrical designs, plans, and specifications for reticulation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Project Management: Manage and oversee electrical reticulation projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders.
3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical systems, equipment selection, installation methods, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
5. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, leveraging existing networks and industry knowledge to secure projects and contracts for the company.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations, conducting inspections and quality checks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration or eligibility for registration preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in electrical design, project management, and construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from concept to completion.
