About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Portuguese Customer Service & Data Capturing Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our clients by providing excellent customer service in Portuguese while ensuring accurate and timely data entry across our systems.

Provide professional customer service via email, chat, and/or phone in Portuguese.

Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.

Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Follow internal procedures and quality standards to ensure a high level of service.
Basic salary 8k plus commission
