Customer Service Co-ordinator


A well-established company based in Jacobs, Durban, is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and process customer orders via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.

  2. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

  3. Operate and manage the company switchboard.

  4. Work with accounting software for order and invoice processing.

  5. Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and sales invoices.

  6. Use Microsoft Office Suite to compile reports and manage documentation.

  7. Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.

  8. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safekeeping of company documents.

  9. Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: R7,500 per month
