INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

An established brokerage in Durban are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as an Insurance Administrator Trainee. Under the guidance of two experienced insurance administrators, the successful candidate will be trained and involved in the following responsibilities:

• Quoting clients for short term Insurance.
• Assisting with the administration of claims.
• Requesting and compiling outstanding information from clients.
• Supporting the policy renewal process.
• Sending important correspondence to clients.
• Handling incoming calls, documenting requests, and following up with written confirmation emails.
• Contributing to the team by providing assistance across various departments as needed.

• Basic office etiquette and professionalism.
• RE5 AND 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
• Computer proficiency, with the ability to use office software.
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
• A willingness to learn and undergo training in the insurance administration sector.
• (Strong advantage) Prior knowledge of the insurance administration or brokerage sector.
• Highly organized and a strong team player.
