We are seeking a dedicated Internal Customer Service Consultant to join our fastpaced Hardware, Steel & Household division. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate information flow, and efficient resolution of queries.

Requirements

l Minimum 2-3 years internal customer service or sales support experience in the Hardware or Steel industry

l Strong communication and problemsolving skills

l Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

l Must have Computer literacy with strong attention to detail

l Must be located in Kempton Park or surrounding

l Must be available immediately

Key Responsibilities

l Manage internal customer queries across hardware, steel and household product lines

l Process quotations, sales orders and backorders accurately

l Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

l Maintain strong product knowledge to support internal teams

l Resolve issues professionally and proactively

l Uphold service excellence standards and contribute to continuous improvement
