- Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle utilisation
- Coordinate drivers, deliveries, collections, and route planning
- Monitor vehicle tracking systems and respond to deviations or delays
- Manage breakdowns, incidents, and emergency responses efficiently
- Ensure fleet compliance with licensing, roadworthiness, and vehicle documentation
- Liaise with drivers, operations, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
