Salary: R9 500 pm • Shifts: Rotational • Experience: 3+ years inbound CX

We’re hiring a skilled BPO Administrator with strong customer experience, proven remote work discipline, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple digital platforms. You must have at least 3 years inbound customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing high-volume tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 3+ years inbound customer service (BPO preferred)

• Strong CX mindset and communication skills

• Confident using multiple digital systems and platforms

• Proven remote work experience and reliability

• Strong admin capability and attention to detail

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• Must attend 1 month training in Somerset West/Strand
