I am Vasco Msowoya and am 26 years old from Malawi based on my Nationality. With a

Diploma in Computer Engineering (ABMA Levels 4–6) and practical experience gained

during my internship at the National Registration Bureau of Malawi, I am eager to

contribute my technical expertise and customer focused approach to your team.

In my internship, I provided end user support, installed and configured IT systems, and

maintained networks while ensuring compliance with IT security protocols. I consistently

resolved hardware and software issues, supported Office 365 and Active Directory

environments, and collaborated with colleagues to improve processes.

My technical skills include:

I also bring strong interpersonal and customer service skills, developed through my role

as a Guest Service Assistant. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate
