VACANCY: TENDER ADMIN SPECIALIST (PPE)
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Admin Specialist for a permanent remote role based in Strand
Location: Western Cape. Remote with visits to the office, clients, and sites as needed
Salary R15 000 - R20 000
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the protective clothing and safety equipment industry
Extensive product and supplier knowledge within the agricultural equipment sector is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required for daily operations
A valid drivers license and own reliable transportation are mandatory for site visits
Minimum qualification required is a Matric (Grade 12) certificate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include tender preparation, submission, and ensuring compliance accuracy
We value attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a methodical approach to work
Performance will be measured by submission success, on-time rates, and processing volume
