  • Process monthly site rosters.
  • Daily capturing of attendance.
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc work.
  • Check if hours are correct on dummy run reports for wages.
  • Support function to contractor manager.
  • General administration including typing.
  • Answering telephones and handling queries/complaints.
  • Ensue that the company complies with all statutory requirements as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant regulations.

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Sound knowledge and relevant experience in administration
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
  • Bilingual (English and any other South African Language)
  • Excellent client liaison and administration skills
  • MS Office proficiently (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Clean disciplinary and criminal record
  • Must reside in Piet Retief area
  • Own transport
