Assistant Catering Manager

WE’RE HIRING: A DYNAMIC ASSISTANT CATERING MANAGERS-RYNPARK TO START ASAP

Are you passionate about food, people and creating unforgettable experiences?
We’re looking for energetic, hands-on Assistant Catering Manager to assist in leading our team and ensure our unit operations run seamlessly. Strong in hospital, assisted living, retirement village.-

What you’ll do:

• Assist with Planning, coordinating and deliver exceptional catering services
• Manage staff and ensure top-notch customer service
• Assist in Coffee Shop and functions
• Control stock, budgets and operational efficiency
• Innovate with menus and presentation to wow our clients

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Must be a great at BOH, follow specifications and working within budget
• Be creative within the budget
• Strong computer skills
• Understanding of diets, including IDDSI
• Excellent communication and a flair for people
• Preferably have 1st-Aid certificate
• Strong understanding of OHS
• Previous catering/hospitality management experience in a hospital and retirement villages would be advantageous
• Someone dynamic, creative and ready to make things happen
• MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND LIVE IN AREA
