Sales Representative – Aluminum Industry

Job Purpose:

To generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the building industry, particularly in the sale of aluminum windows, doors, shopfronts, balustrades, and frameless products. The Sales Rep will ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets and promoting the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building/construction industry.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and product consultations.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate prices and terms of sale.

• Follow up on quotes and close deals effectively.

• Oversee installation team progress to ensure client expectations are met.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales (relevant experience preferred in aluminum or construction).

• Strong technical understanding of aluminum windows, doors, and glass products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to read building plans and do site assessments.

• Ability to manage installation team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate minimum.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the aluminum or construction sector.

Compensation:

• Basic salary + commission

• Fuel allowance and company vehicle
