Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Licensed Plumber with a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings

• Inspect plumbing systems to identify faults, leaks, or code violations

• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications

• Perform pressure testing and ensure systems meet compliance standards

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local regulations and plumbing codes

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on site

• Complete job reports, compliance certificates, and documentation accurately

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Plumbing Certificate of Competency (COC)

• Proven experience as a licensed plumber

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and safety standards

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience in commercial or industrial plumbing

• Additional plumbing certifications or trade qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
