Receptionist Position

We’re looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to join our company in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming manner, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Grade 12.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or switchboard role.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident when dealing with clients.
• Vantage software experience will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a panel shop is advantageous but not essential
• Salary will be based on experience.
