Internal Sales Representative

Farasonn Auto Electrical is seeking a motivated and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Sundra Gauteng. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales of our high-quality electrical components to our internal customers within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Generate sales reports and track sales performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
