Required:
  • Complete repair orders efficiently and timeously within the allocated time
  • Achieve workshop labour targets by working efficiently and upselling where possible
  • Diagnose customer problems, provide appropriate solutions and communicate these effectively
  • Ensure that parts are ordered timeously, and booked out to job cards to enable timeous repair completion
  • Must have a Trade with at least 5 years' experience in a similar environment
  • Previous dealership experience essential
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet workshop targets
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
