Education:

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Qualified Artisan
• Additional qualification in management, engineering, or maintenance management (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or related fields
• Proven experience in Maintenance Management
• Sound knowledge of maintenance systems
• PRAGMA skilled (Preventative Maintenance Program)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Own reliable transport
• Willingness to work overtime (weekdays and weekends) when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage staffing, ordering, loss control, and industrial relations
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality control of work
• Allocate and schedule maintenance tasks effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train and inform staff on changes in work-related legislation
• Plan and coordinate projects
• Maintain staff morale and discipline
• Prepare rosters and monitor timekeeping
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
