Job Description:
- Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment
- Dairy equipment, pasteurizers, filling machines etc.
- Conducting quality checks
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance
- Install and commission new machinery
- Attend to breakdownsTop of Form
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a FMCG environment
- Dairy experience essential
- Valid drivers license
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification:
Red seal Trade test Millwright
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.

Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum Requirements:Grade 12.An accredited certificate or diploma in hospitality or similar (beneficial).2 – 5 years’ experience in the hospitality function, corporate coordination, and sales industry.Computer literacy – Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Hotel Systems experience: Rendezvous, Room Master, Dineplan, and Keap (advantageous).Additional Requirements:Very strong administrative skills (spelling, grammar, excel & reporting).Strong sales skills and sales driven.Strong planning and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Possess a friendly and welcoming approach, always.Ability to stay calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.Team player who can work efficiently and effectively towards achieving the end goal i.e., Sales, Yielding and Client Satisfaction.Self-disciplined, consistent, and motivated.High standards of dress and presentation.
