GRANDFATHER CLOCK

The clock was handmade as a thank you gift for my late husband in the early 1990's, by a gentleman who was a retired cabinet maker. When we retired to the Cape we had to leave the clock behind. The clock has not been in use and also not serviced. There is a crack in the upper corner of the glass door.

Unfortunately I am not up on the intricacies, such as the wood, and workings/mechanism, however, the face shows Tempus Fugit. I attach a few photos of the clock to perhaps give you an idea. I have it on good authority that the clock is worth R30 000. However, a service would cost R4 500, which I will deduct from the price. I had in mind a price of R15 000 - less the service, so R10 000, but will consider any offers as I had to move to smaller premises.
