The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building brands and whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability, we want to hear from you!Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / national diploma in marketing, business, or related field.Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical skills.Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.A creative thinker with a keen understanding of current and emerging marketing trends.Established press and media contacts. Key Objectives of the role:Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support.Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and marketing plans.Analyse analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.Oversee strategies and marketing goals deployed to increase revenue and attract new business / customers. Responsibilities:Work with in-house creative team to develop monthly marketing campaigns to meet marketing and brand.Together with creative team build the company’s content library as a marketing assetConceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.Manage outsourced marketing agency – analyse analytics and reports, analyse strategies, supply all necessary content, and copy writing.Manage outsourced web developers – ensure websites and e-commerce stores are always functioning at best practise.Manage in-house marketing team.Build relationships and partnerships with media houses to ensure product and brand exposure across various platforms – online, print, TV, radio, sponsorship opportunities.Manage and report on marketing budgets (monthly and annually).Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and
