We have an exciting, in-office job opportunity for a mid-weight Digital Account Manager at a fabulous integrated creative agency based in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. The role is focussed around providing impressive technical, creative and administrative support on integrated Digital campaigns to help clients improve their web and social media presence. The successful Digital Account Manager will have an amazing understanding of and solid experience in Marketing and the processes that go into web and app development. Of course, an excellent customer service approach is key. You will have a clear idea of how Digital tools add value to company strategy and performance and should ultimately be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long term client relationships. Responsibilities
Financial - Effective delivery of roles that ensures cash flow is maximised via timeous billing and settlement of creditors
Customer - Deliver high quality outcomes of all work done and establish professional relationships that add value to customers
Internal business processes – Apply a “right first time, every-time” mindset to all work done
Learning & growth - Active development of own skills and knowledge via “on-the-job” as well as formal training programs
Manage digital projects, website and app builds from ground up with Digital Designer
Ensure Client objectives are understood, service levels remain high, Client expectations are met (top quality briefs and proposals)
Ensure Digital experiences are seamless, functional, and innovative
Collate all paperwork for invoicing (All CEs and POs on chase)
Organise internal and external client meetings - as required
Assist with preparation of meeting agenda's and take meeting minutes - as required
Put together presentation material for digital advertising and marketing campaigns
Monitoring effectiveness of campaigns, planned properly and reported against objectives, KPI’s and metrics
Interpret, analyse, and report on Jobs
Maintain an active knowledge of industry and Digital Marketing trends to assist with advising clients about Digital Marketing landscape developments
Assist with coordination of campaigns and paperwork for invoicing
Use Chase programme accurately and fully.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
Digital or Marketing Agency experience with customer service and account management
Fundamental understanding of marketing communications disciplines
Strong analytical skills
An excellent relationship builder and collaborator
Ability to prioritise and multi-task while working in a busy team
Able to demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all times
Strong administration skills
Possess a can-do attitude with strong init
