- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects advantageous)
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital-first design
- Portfolio demonstrating design ability (student work accepted)
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in visual storytelling
- Ability to receive feedback and work well within a team
- Positive, teachable attitude with a willingness to learn
