We have a vacancy for an Office/Project Administrator to work with the existing admin team and assist with general projects and office administration. We operate in the Electronic and Security sector in the Construction/Contracting Industry and are well established within the industry. Minimum of 3 years relevant office & projects administration experience in the Construction/Contracting Industry is a definite pre-requisite with the following specific skill set: • Experience with MS Office specifically: Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook • Creating, maintaining, and organising project documents and reports • Performing general administrative duties to support the project manager and team • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-managed and self-motivated and a strong will to succeed in life


Responsibility:
