Roles and Responsibilities
Working in close collaboration with the CEO
Full Debtors and Creditors Function
Load supplier payments on the online banking
Load GRN for stock
Excellent Reconciliation ability
Billing Analysis
Ability to implement internal control checks
Ad hoc office requirements
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree – Accounting (or studying towards a degree)
Minimum 2 year working experience
Systematic, comprehensive and displays excellent attention to detail
Pastel Partner/ Evolution (Compulsory)
Technical knowledge of ERP systems
To perform this function successfully the candidate must have the following:

Excel knowledge
