As the Financial Manager, you will report directly to executive leadership and manage the full accounting function while playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. This position demands strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and commercial insight.

Duties:

• Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies
• Managing audits and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Supervising and mentoring a small finance team

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• A completed BCom Accounting degree
• SAICA or SAIPA articles completed

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of post-articles commercial experience
