Senior Credit Controller

Multi-disciplinary group of companies situated in Reservoir Hills seeks the services of an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Credit Controller. The ideal candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:-

• Execute debtors’ collection,

• Prepare client invoices,

• Capturing invoices on pastel

• Allocation of debtors receipts

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices; credit notes; recons; journals; statements etc.

• Work closely with other departments to execute billing

• Project costings

• other ad hoc duties.

Must be fully computer literate in terms of pastel, with good communication skills including telephone etiquette when liaising with clients.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.

Salary negotiable
