Job & Company Description: This client in freight is urgently looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their tech savvy and diverse finance team on a 3 months contract basis. To record the financial transactions such as income, expenses and liabilities that are needed for the preparation of the trial balance and final accounts for South African branch. To maintain the ledger and to balance accounts for the South Africa company ensuring the accuracy of the accounting transactions in line with generally accepted accounting principles. This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, compliance, accounts payable management, month and year end close off, balance sheet recons- and company tax and vat The key responsibilities for this role will include:ComplianceAccounts payable ManagementMonth end closeBalance Sheet ReconciliationsVat returnsStaff supervisionYearend close As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
