ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Learning and talent development process knowledge.
  • Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Strong commitment to quality
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
  • Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC).
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
  • Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.
  • Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.
  • Exposure to multinational work environments.
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
