Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) with 5-6 years post-articles experience, ideally with the majority being in a Financial Controller role
- Commercial experience within distribution, trading, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate numbers into business insight
- Confident, decisive, and able to influence at all levels of the business
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
