Senior Refrigeration Manager

?? Minimum Requirements:

• 710 years'''' hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration
• Strong electrical knowledge (large portion of duties involve electrical work)
• Technical background in manufacturing, servicing, or water chiller systems
• Experience working with air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, or HVAC systems
• Willingness to travel, preferably with cross-border experience
• Valid drivers license
• Previous managerial / leadership experience

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Provide refrigeration and electrical expertise
• Manage and lead technical staff
• Plan and set targets for the workshop
• Provide telephonic and on-site breakdown support
• Conduct troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Assist with ordering parts and following up with suppliers
• Oversee and plan commissioning activities

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience installing or working on industrial chillers (air-cooled or water-cooled) or HVAC systems
• Previous experience with travel, ideally into neighbouring African countries ??
