Accountant Position

I am looking for a new opportunity in Finance. I am currently working as a Financial Bookkeeper.

I have the following experience;

• Manage and control daily/ Monthly cashflow schedules for creditors payments
• Process and maintain cash book
• Bank Reconciliation
• Monthly Journals for provisions, depreciation
• Audit preparations
• Manage and control general ledger
• Manage and control the fixed assets register
• Perform any ad-hoc reporting requirements and when required
• Prepare management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Supplementary reports
• Analyze GL accounts and ensure correct allocations
• Assist with yearly budget collation and submission
• Electronically maintain/ load beneficiaries and payments to creditors and debtors refunds in the banking system on a daily basis
• Process travel tickets and accommodation on Quick Trav daily
• Weekly BSP reconciliation.
• Debtors and creditors full control
• Assist with stock count
• Tax Returns
