statements and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any
discrepancies. 4 Processing invoices and payments: to assist to process
customer + tenant invoices, supplier invoices and expenses; verify the accuracy
of billing information and assist in making payments to suppliers. Assist in
the debt collection process and maintaining collection process with debt collectors and attorneys. 5 Assisting in Financial reporting: assisting to
prepare financial reports for review. (weekly + monthly) 6 Conducting financial
