Market Stellenbosch’s butchery department, and we need the expertise of the
following team members:

A Blockman (minimum 5 years’ experience) that is
a cut above the rest and have the knowhow to empress customers with the best cuts
available.
·
A Sausage maker (minimum 5 years' experience)
that can produce the nicest, juiciest wors for that all important Braai or
boerewors roll.
·
Meat packers (minimum 2 years' experience) that
know how to present the meat in a way that pleases the eye and makes you want
to buy.
·
Counter hand (minimum 2 years' experience) with
the ability and knowledge to serve customers and ensure they get the best and
freshest product available.
