Compared to the bigger cities with higher rentals and where commuting to work can take almost a hour, this property is quite centrally located on the South Coast. A drive to Port Shepstone CBD is around 10 minutes, to Shelley Beach is 15 minutes and to Margate is 25 minutes.
Please don't contact me if you want to negotiate the rental, are a bad payer, are unemployed or have a bad credit record. I'm looking for reliable tenants and I am in no rush to get stuck with the wrong people or family.
