modern open plan kitchen & living area with an amazing fireplace for cold
days. Large doors in lounge that can be opened for a fresh mountain breeze and
lovely mountain views. A small indoor braai area can also be found in the
lounge. Two double bedrooms in main house. Master bedroom with sliding doors
leading out to the front garden, big modern bathrooms.
Well
equipped kitchen and all essentials, in the kitchen you will also find a
washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and stove, gas geyser, air
fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer. An amazing feature of this kitchen
would be the server window, stacked aluminium window for serving the kids their
food to keep those dirty little feet outside. A sleeper wood designer table for
that extra special breakfast mornings.
A wooden
staircase would lead you to a cozy loft area with a spectacular view of the
mountainside. Comfy seating area, cozy and warm in the winter with the
fireplace going, can be used as a quite reading space.
Outside:
As you step
out the back from the kitchen you will find a well-designed covered braai area,
amazing for entertainment. And a fire pit to tell those ghost stories to the
kids at night. A outside shower for
rinsing of after a visit to the beach.
Pool to
keep cool in the summer day (not heated) the guests should not do any
maintenance on the pool, this is a natural chemical free pool. Wooden deck
surrounding the pool. Walk a bit further on one of the paths in this beautiful
fynbos garden and you will find a woodfired hot tub, remember to bring wood for
braai and the hot tub. In the far corner of the property, you will find a zen
area for relaxation or to chill on a hammock.
On the left
of the pool there is a very modern designed studio apartment with double bed
and sleeper couch, and large bathroom. A single garage is located after
entering the electrical gate, and a long driveway for plus minus three smaller
cars.
