Enjoy nature at its best, within walking distance of the beach, near the swimming beach in Southern Cross and the Groot Brak lagoon where kids love to swim. It is 5min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 2km from De Dekke centre.

There are 4 bedrooms in this house.

2 bedrooms has Queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms has Double beds.

2 bedrooms upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs

3 Bathrooms with Toilet, Shower and Basin and 4th Bathroom with Bath, Toilet, Shower and basin.

Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels.

The kitchen and open living area (upstairs) is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and all essential utensils.

The house has a TV with full DSTV as well as WIFI

Garage available and outside braai area - wooden deck upstairs has partial sea view.

This house is about 2 minutes walking distance to the beach.

The house can comfortably sleep max 8 people and is available for holiday rental during the year. (7 days or more) - NO PETS
