We are looking for an experienced store supervisor to assist the store Manager in the daily operations of our store.

Duties

Manage and motivate staff.

Implement store policies and procedures.

Ensure customer satisfaction and be able to handle customer complaints.

Merchandising of store and stock control.

Meer sales targets and goals.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of clothing retail supervisory experience

Skills

Leadership and management

Effective communication

Ability to work under pressure.

Computer literate
