Restaurant Manager

· 250 seater busy daytime restaurant - open 365 days a year - must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster

· Vibrant, fast paced environment – needs to be fit

· Must have at least 3 years of management experience to co-ordinate all restaurant operations - stock control, staff rostering, staff issues etc

· People person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to graciously handle customer concerns

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Computer literate

· In-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end etc

· Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential

· Recent contactable references -- landline numbers preferable

· Permanent position to start immediately

· Salary based on experience
